This is a technical school to obtain a certificate in computer technology. I signed up for start date of 03/13/2023 and end date of 07/07/2023. I contacted John Struebingon 08/30/21, regarding possibly getting approved for the grant Hcb1 grant through the Pima County One Stop. John seemed really nice and helpfull and he told me, apply for the grant they will give it to you I promise, just apply. I promise that you will pass all with ease and obtain the Comp Tia A+. I applied for the grant and got approved on 09/07/2021. John, was very happy when I got apporoved and asked when I wanted to start and I asked if I could start in January of 2022. I started in March of 2022. After the second month I was so lost and had not had a pretest or nothing. I contacted John and he asked me to call Jeremy, which I did but Jeremy just told me to go in the office and sit with John to talk about my issues. I sat with John and he just showed me the materials online, that I also had on my end. I felt like they were both tossing me back and forth wasting my time and not getting nowhere. I reached out to John and he just kept telling me that I have a whole year to complete and he kept assigning me vouchers to take the test with no preparation. I took test like two or three times and failed them, I told John, that I was frustrated and after that he never returned my calls. I feel like John just treated me as a $$$$ for his gain and he didn't care for me or at least another 13 students that took the same class and have been ignored by John. I contacted Cathy Finfrock, she is my case worker at One Stop, and she is the one who told me that it's me and like 13 other students that have been left astray by John and New Horizons. I am demanding that John Struebing and Career Development Solutions-Also Known for -New Horizons, give me a full refund of $4,195.00 for this tuition fee that
