First off the company's IT department need to be fired , i don't think laughing at a distressed agent that hasn't worked in weeks due to their issues with the equipment and then firing me for their issues isn't right, no one tried to correct their issues they just throw blame at whoever sees fit, they wanted me to do the application all over again even though there the ones that sent me broke down equipment , or sent something with my name on it to a different agent that doesn't work for us. its to much back and forth with this backwards company. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy they are unorganized and slow. Nothing they do is their fault nor issues yet they point blame to agent. Not even the supervisors understand what's going on, its ridiculous they really need to be shut down. This company is extremely shady and deceitful. even after my mothers death , I had to argue with them just to use bereavement to handle setting up the funeral arrangements for my own mother, even with proper information given to them its like pulling teeth with them they honestly don't care about your wellbeing at all. they need to be shut down completelyReview from Angela Y.

This company is extremely shady and deceitful. Offer letter states that after training we will get a $100 bonus in the following weeks check. 4 weeks of training and two weeks of nesting. But they dont have a category for nesting on the time sheet. This is how they are getting out of paying what the offer letter promised. Not one person in management or HR will respond to any form of communication. Their client- Centene- doesnt seem to be aware of the fact that the phone calls are not getting answered due to the system Broadpath uses that does not work. Broadpath has several lawsuits against them due to violating labor laws.Review from Ma W

Company let me go with out reason 3 weeks before Christmas! I do not appreciate this at all. I left my other job to come to this one because the schedule was better for my work-home balance. That was the biggest mistake I have ever made! They do not care about their employees well being.Review from Christine S

I had an interview with this company on 10/3/22 and received an offer letter the same day. Stated in the offer letter, I was supposed to start my orientation on 10/28/22 and officially start training on 10/31/22. I had not received an email on 10/27 for when the orientation was supposed to take place even after I emailed. Today (10/28) I Dmed, emailed and left a voicemail just to receive an email from the guy who interviewed and sent the offer letter. Apparently they moved on with better candidates but didnt bother to inform me weeks ago. It upsets me because I thought I had a job secured. All the ****** reviews of this company is true and it needs to be shutdown. Why send me an offer letter, and then when I reach out to them Im told I wasnt picked. Worst job experience I have ever had.Review from David A

0 stars!!! This company hired me and worked me 2 days, then let me go. I was the oldest on the team, and I feel I was discriminated against!!! This company is a rip off of the highest degree and have many lawsuits against them! BEWARE!!!DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!!
