Completely dishonest Company! Spoke with the company twice confirmed price for $300 for one hour. They charge my college student $450 for a total of 30 minutes! They took complete advantage of it college age girl! Do not use completely dishonest

They lied about the cost. They were unprofessional. One both sexually harassed and yelled at my wife. The owner is a liar and runs his business like it's an illegal fly by night place. They left marks all over our walls and broke things then hid the things that they broke. If you value your home your furnishings and your time not to mention your sanity don't use these incompetent lying unprofessional jokers.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We ask for a quote to move two reclining couches to a downstairs apartment. The quote was $150 total. We were told $150 per hour and we only needed them for the couches. Therefor, one hour was more than enough. We were told to pay the $150 up front to hold the appointment. The movers showed up and there were three. They immediately started apologizing to us saying the job was going to be over $400. Suddenly there's a $75 gas charge, and a trip fee and three guys for a minimum of two hours. We explained that we were told only $150 for two couches, nothing more. They apologized again and said they felt badly because it happens all the time. I called the owner and he was rude, he said we misunderstood and the $150 would not be refunded. My husband spoke to him twice and neither time he quoted anything differently or spoke of trip fees and gas fees. If this business is accredited by BBB they need to read similar reviews on here and reconsider. This is not the first time this has happened. I will do everything in my reach to alert the community of this unethical practice. Shady to say the least.

Please read this review *************** these people. It will be a very long review but if you value your money youll read. They show up and before they start they said I need $800 as a deposit. Then I told the drivers yk what my bad I apologize it isn't your fault who do I call, so I called the owner of the company who's number is the one listed on ******* He said yeah it's a 800 deposit and I said no no, you told me it's a $150 deposit a week ago and $115 per hour. He said nope I never said that , it's $800 deposit and $125 per hour and I said actually you did say that since you already took the $150 deposit. Then he said the 150 was to ensure the card was active and the 800 is to ensure I have funds to cover the move. I told him I have the funds and I'm not gonna agree to a $800 deposit when that's not what was initially informed to be during the first convo and during the first convo I asked him for a full breakdown of all charges, and then he says well we don't have to disclose to you the 800 to begin with and I'm like actually yeah actually you do. You're offering a service and you have to tell me what you're charging me. I was like this isn't one of those "hidden fees" things because $800 is a big hidden fee. Then he's like listen we're not reinventing the wheel it's just a deposit and I was like alright bro watch your mouth and he's like wym and I'm like don't be a *]} you need to watch your mouth and you need to understand the frustration bc you didn't tell me this to begin with and he says again he didn't have to say anything regarding it and if I don't wanna pay it then they'll leave and I told him that Ill find another moving company.
