I took my Dog in on 09/10/2022 to get a haircut at your Golf Links and Harrison location. She was there for four hours and doesn't even look like she got a haircut. I wanted her short as always. It looks like they trimmed her face a little bit and brushed her. I could've done a better job myself. This will be the last time I use Velvet bow.

I'm sorry to hear about this. But this is the first time I'm hearing about it. I received no phone call from the customer and I have not received the first notice from BBB. I don't know what happened. This was 10 months ago and the groomer no longer works for me. At this point I'm not even sure if it was miscommunication. But I am always willing to reconcile the situation. Please call me directly at 5************
