I visited the grooming shop expecting a top-notch experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked professionalism, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. The grooming itself was rushed and sloppy, leaving my pet looking more disheveled than when we arrived. The facility was also unclean, with an unpleasant odor permeating the air. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with the service and would not recommend this grooming shop to anyone seeking quality care for their furry friends.Review from Christy G.

After issues w one of the dogs at another groomer, I took my little girl for a bath and cut. They handled her well, took their time and did a beautiful job. The old dog was bathed and brushed out with care, fully dry and kept comfortable. Really appreciate the care they were given. Thanks! ((Southeast side)Review from Nury N.

Very poor service and communication. I took 2 of my senior dogs to be bathed and groomed. One of the dogs was supposed to be a zoom appointment. 3 hours later, i received a call at work that one of my dogs had been having nosebleeds the entire time. I never received an explanation as to why they kept her for 3 hours, or what happened to cause her nosebleed. I attempted to reach the owner multiple times via phone and email. She responded once, was extremely rude, dismissive and uncaring. I paid full price for services that were not rendered, even to the dog that was fine. The owner said that she would mail me a check so that this would go away, never got the check and she has never responded to my inquiry about what happened to my dog. This dog became very ill after that incident and she passed away on November 11th. I need answers
