I have recently purchased well over 2000$ of product from this company over prices I could have gotten it online for less expensive over the last 3 months alone. Mainly in order to help local business and contribute to my local economy. On March 5th 2022 I brought in cards for trade, which I have done multiple times in the past with no issue. However this time was much different. The cards were over 6000 cards with a estimated value of at least 250$. And that is being very generous.They returned to me with an extreme low ball value of 145$. Mind you last time I brought in 100 total cards and was given 120$. At least 100 of the 6000 cards I brought in were worth just as much as the other cards from previous trade. Very annoyed I emailed back respectfully that I would decline the offer. And that I felt like my business was not valued even though I had spent so much money so recently. Nonetheless I never got a reply back. I went back to pick up my card. Then I waited 20 minutes for him to return after finding my cards in the back. I sensed something was off so I asked if he was sure this was all my cards. He assured me it was. Then I asked for an explanation as to why they were not consistent with their price points on thier website. I was given no explanation as the employee just shrugged his shoulders and said it wasn't him who was in charge. I asked for the manager and guess what? He was the manager. So who is in charge than? Makes no sense. I told him I would not be back and they had lost my business. Well unfortunately when I got home some of my valuable cards were missing. And not only that. Many have returned damaged and not handled with care. I called back and said they had not returned all my cards. They argued they had and did not have them. Only after I threatened to call the authorities did they say they were lying. And they had them. Instead of an apology, I got more excuses and blamed instead. They attempted to steal and also damaged my cards. Very upset.
