I'm a former member of AAA, and I have nothing but good things to say about the organization, until today. I went online looking for an oil change, and AAA advertises online $29.99 standard oil change, and they have an online appointment scheduler. I made the appointment online, and heard back from the shortly afterwards. Their representative, ***, told me that the time and date that I made the appointment for wasn't available. I told him that I wanted an early appointment, and nothing was available until the following week. At that point, I told him that AAA needed to improve the online appointment scheduler. He gave me a long song and dance about why they couldn't do that, and I told him in that case, that maybe they should not use the online scheduler if it couldn't be made more accurate. *** seemed like he just wanted to argue, so I told him that I was just giving my feedback, and they could do with it what they wanted to, and I hung up. He called me back! To argue some more it seems, and I repeated that I didn't want to argue, just give my feedback, at which point he called me a name, and hung up on me. This guy needs to be fired! AAA Tucson lost my business today, and I wonder how many other people he has treated this way? I called in to their local office, and filed a complaint with a nice young woman, and hopefully they will do something about it.
