There was a leak discovered between the shower and kitchen wall which we were unaware of when we had our HVAC company come out for some routine maintenance. We were referred to **** and *****, *****, and RJ did an outstanding job for us. They were quick to get the job started and explained the process thoroughly. I am grateful for their hard work and getting us through this unexpected problem. Thank you from bottom of my heart to *****, ***** and their team! Not only did they do an excellent , professional Restoration/Mitigation job for us, but J helped to ensure our home insurance paid for the damages caused by our water leak. ************** denied without investigation and when I put them in touch with J, he was able to explain fully to them their rationale for denial was not valid. *************************** has kept his word. He has been more than a professional when he contacts me with status. So refreshing. He speaks with me with words I understand when explaining the processing of this type of work. If I don't understand something, he will explain it to me in another way. I expect that the completion of this restoration will be more than I dreamed it would be. I am sure I will be telling my family and friends of the terrific completed restored rooms. I will be bragging on how beautiful they are while referring ***** and his employees who helped me with all of it. Thank you ************************************
