Los Cerro Water fails to set up auto pay for customers. My wife and I have called many many times to set up our auto pay so our payment is made without having to worry about it. Every time we call in their customer service people state that it is done, but it never gets done. In result of this my water was turned off in the middle of summer with 6 people in my home. I called customer service at 10:30am and the rep stated that they could not turn my water back on because they are done working for the day, again its 10:30am on a Tuesday. Asked the rep if I can talk with a manager/supervisor. She transferred me and the manager was extremely rude, I told her my problem and she proceeded to tell me that it is my job to pay them, "what person doesn't check their bank account to make sure the payment went through, so its not my problem that you did not set up autopay". She did confirm that she saw notes of my wife and I calling in to set up auto pay. This experience was beyond upsetting, and degrading. All because we are trying to be responsible, and set up auto payments. The manager was beyond rude, and condescending, it is not my job to keep calling every several months to set up my auto payment. It is not my job to train their customer service reps to do their job. It is not my job to train the managers to have better customer service. If I had a choice to switch water service I would but this horrible company has a monopoly over my HOA Area so it is impossible to move away from this horrible company.
