This has been the only company to work on my air conditioners through home warranty. One unit generated a leak due to contact from missing screws which were not installed by the last technician they sent out. I had one phone conversation with the service manager who was rude and evasive to my questions and completely ignored the fact that they have been the only company to work on this unit. He insisted that they would not work on my unit weirdly tuning down the opportunity to generate. He then reported to the home warranty that the damage was caused by misuse. I tried calling the service manager again for clarification but ***** did not answer and did not return my call or text message. Their dispatch also ignored my calls. Now I have to pay over $1,000 to correct a problem they created and misreported to the home warranty who will no be covering due to their irresponsible report. The technician that was sent out was clearly unqualified for the job. It took him an hour and half to diagnose my unit. Luckily the home warranty did pay the service call or I would have been responsible for paying for the excessive time taken to find a leak in plain sight.

It was evident that he lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise, as he frequently had to seek assistance from someone over the phone. This not only prolonged the repair process but also raised concerns about the competence of their staff.Furthermore, the technician's lack of professionalism was apparent in his rushed approach to the service call. Incredibly, he was in and out of the service call within a mere 10 minutes, leaving me to question the thoroughness of his work. As a result, it comes as no surprise that he failed to reinstall all the screws on the ** condenser, a critical step in ensuring the system's proper functioning.The negligence displayed by Fleshers Refrigeration is unacceptable. Not only did their technician fail to complete the job correctly, but he also neglected to perform basic quality checks before leaving the premises. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on the company and raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction.Considering the subpar service provided by Fleshers Refrigeration, I strongly advise against entrusting them with any refrigeration or HV**-related needs. Their unprepared and incompetent technicians, coupled with their negligent approach to customer service, make for an incredibly disappointing experience. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a more reliable and professional service provider. The do not consider you a customer if contracted by a third party
