I had been going to motorcycle stores for 2 weeks looking for a small helmet. Trying on many. I finally settled on one but the store didnt have the color I was looking for so I ordered online. A very expensive helmet. When it arrived, it was clearly mislabled in size. No way this was a small. The description didnt say 'runs small'. I contacted company to send it back, was told I would have to pay return shipping costs which ended up costing $56. I find this an unacceptable business practice. I would like my shipping costs refunded as well as the refund for the mislabled sized helmet.Initial Complaint

I would like to report an issue regarding my purchase of Tourmaster HL Trek Jacket, Pants, and Roamer Gloves on December 27, 2022. The products were advertised as waterproof with a liner, however, during my first use in the rain with the liner properly installed, all three items failed to hold up the waterproofing, leaving me soaking wet. I contacted the Helmet House and provided proof of purchase, but after several email exchanges, they have refused to honor the warranty. In their latest email, they claimed that the product is only suitable for light rain and suggested that I purchase another model of their jacket and pants. I strongly believe that the Helmet House should stand behind their warranty 100%. While I am willing to try the suggested model in exchange, they have stated that there is nothing they can do unless I make another purchase. I am now stuck with a faulty product, and I am seeking the BBB's help to resolve this issue. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Bought motorcycle shoes that fell apart after one weekend of use. Shoes came with 2 year warranty. They will not honor their warranty. Have ignored me the entire time. Want my money or new shoes.Business response

We have searched our system and have not received any prior contact that we can find from this customer. However, we will reach out directly now that we have his contact info. Thank you. Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/09/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I do accept their response. They are honoring the warranty. There seemed to be a lapse in communication due to emails not being delivered by both parties. They are shipping out a new pair 9/29/2022. I would like to withdraw my initial complaint.
