Purchased 2 shirts for my son to be delivered from Universal. I had checked on the status about a month after ordering and to my surprise it was reflecting delivered about a week prior. I hadn't received the items and the order had actually shown tracking information as well. The tracking information showed the items were delivered at my doorstep. I checked both my ring cameras for my front door and overall front perimeter, I had no deliveries the day that the item was reflected as delivered. I reached out to the company as there was shown to be $100 shipping insurance on this and although the item showed as delivered it doesn't reflect my actual address on the "tracking" tab so whether it was shipped to the correct address or not I am not sure. I have not heard back from the business in the past month. I have provided all ring camera footage from the day reflective of delivery to the seller, again no response was every received.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item at US Shopping SOS. They don't even know if they have it in stock. I wanted to cancel my order a day later. Unfortunately, they charge a 15% cancellation fee so I decided not to cancel and see if their supplier has it in stock. Now, they promise to know if it's in stock 5-7 business days later. After 7 business days, I still don't hear from them, and email them to find out what the status is. Despite having emailed their customer support, I still have yet to get a reply 3 business days after the email. If they can't deliver, I want a full refund. At this point, I feel like it's a fraudulent transaction and falls into scam territory.
