I am a Notary Signing Agent, I did two signings for this company 03/11/22 and 03/24/22, each costing $100.00 for a total of $200.00, due to a misunderstanding, their requested paperwork for payment wasn't scanned & emailed until 04/22/22. I heard nothing from them stating they needed anything else. I emailed them again 05/22/22 requesting info on payment, no response....emailed again 06/11/22, no response, emailed again on 07/26/22, received an email back stating they needed two separate invoices, scanned & emailed those 07/27/22, again no response. Emailed 08/09/22 asking if payment would be echeck, direct deposit or mailed, received response that check was mailed 08/05/22. Emailed 08/12/22 due to non receipt of payment and was asked to verify address, I did, they responded that envelope was misaddressed, that payment was remailed 08/15/22 with correct address, I have yet to receive payment as of 08/24/22 and they are again non responsive to emails
