I have responded to the client several times that he needs to provide the information to me in writing so I have proof for my records as to what he wants me to do, but he refuses and wants to give the information verbally, I am not willing to accept this as he can come back and say he did not ask for it and write bad reviews. Ask the customer to send me whatever changes he wants in writing and I will do it.
He can't push around and ask for meetings at **** am, he need submit his information in writing.

My Complaint about this Company is for services that were paid for in full and have not been properly completed due to lack of communication with the Owner.She has been very uncommunicative ,She has been refusing to go over the work that was performed as well as take time to call or communicate with me .My books were delayed two weeks because she got sick so I felt that she would be more than willing to go over my questions or concerns especially because I was understanding when she got sick. No she sent me a email stating she was done need to ask me a question that probably would have been answered if she called me but she didnt .So when I told her about I feel I didnt get to ask any questions about the work that was performed.THATS when she turned vindictive and mean posting all these things. I paid for a service I was very dissatisfied with. I now have to pay for another ******************* to finish the work.I am seeking a partial refund as well to look into this matter Because if the BBB truly prides it self on its values that there companies keep Adcon Business solutions is a very bad example because of there business practices.Business response

To whom so it may concern,
I have sent several emails to ******************************* asking him to provide information on the questions I had emailed him, the emails are dated 01/30/2023, 01/31/2023 & 02/23/2023. Even after he posted false negative reviews on my social media, I asked him if he would respond to my questions and if he had any questions, so we could wrap up the project. I have not received any information to date which answers my questions, and he never mentioned once that he had questions. Instead, he keeps posting more negative reviews on my social media.
He has always been unclear in his communication. Since he already had issues with me, I wanted to be on the safe side and have all communication in writing and requested him on multiple occasions to provide clear and concise information, I needed to protect myself as he could have easily turned around and said I did not ask you to post the entries or just in case he gets into an audit or there is a legal issue. I request all my clients to provide me any changes they want in writing for my records. He has been only pointing fingers and been accusing me of all sorts of things. when I refused to provide free tax advice.
I can provide proof of all emails where I have requested information to be provided, but these emails also contain sensitive client's financial information. If the client approves, I can attach all copies of the email communication.
I refuse to provide any refund because it was the choice of ******************************* to not provide answers to my questions on his financials and neither did he email me any issues or questions he had. He thought it was best to threaten me to post negatively on social media so then he can go ahead and post as much as he wants.
