I hired the AtticGuys to install insulation in my attic on 03/24/2023. I informed *** prior to the work regarding my master bedroom, bath and closet which was extremely cold. He observed this area and stated that yes it was unusually cold. *** stated when hired they would focus on this area and apply more insulation to fix the problem. On 03/24/2023 when the insulation was done, I did notice the area of concern was better, but the closet was still a little cooler than the bedroom and bath. I did inspect the attic and noticed it was better, but a few areas were not consistent and could use more insulation. I paid this company more money than previous quotes because I felt comfortable that this company would provide great service. I paid this company $300.00 more than other quotes then another $350.00 because they did not have the green fiber with heavier insulation and sound proof. Because of this, *** searched multiple ********** locations to purchase the green fiber and charged me for the product. After a few days went by, I called *** and had to leave a message. I wanted *** to come inspect the work and determine if there was anything extra that could be done to make the closet area warmer. *** did not return my call. I left another message and again, no call back. I then called to office number and was told *** was out, but he would call me on Friday. Well Friday came and went with no call. Monday no call. On Tuesday I called again and left a message. Now I am upset and felt taken by this company. Yes, there is some improvement, but I believe more insulation could be installed or possibly other material could be applied to improve what was already done. This company takes customers funds but will not respond once funds are paid. This is unacceptable. I want this area viewed and a call back to discuss options.
