I am writing to report this business because of my disabilities and how I was treated upon attending a performance at this establishment.When we arrived we were not carded for ids just handed out wrist bands by men walking through the lines. When we got to the front I had my water that has no artificial minerals in it as its the only kind I can drink with out my body internally bleeding I had a bag with my meds in it. All with my name on them and if looked up go directly with making sure I don't have an allergic reaction. I have been off and on pic lines for years as I can not eat or drink anything out side of the medically allowed things. When I got to the front I let the man know that I needed this water for my medications. He was incredible rude and said no. I asked for a manager. ******* came up and told me absolutely not. I explained to her I have all the documentation and proof of my health concerns Meanwhile the man with gloves that had touched a thousand other peoples items at this point pulled all of my medications (none narcotic) out of my bag. he opened them poured them into his had swished them around laid them out in front of everyone. He pulled my female menstrual items out touched them got them dirty all in front of everyone. Then he rudely told me to put it all back in there after he got germs all over my meds. My water was taken and I asked if they could hold it at the front for me. another man came up and yelled to take my boots off. I wasn't wearing any boots. my water was taken. We were told there was water inside there was none. not one water for sale that didn't have alcohol in it in the entire building they lied. when I left I asked for my water and they wrote another name on it and wouldn't give it back to me with out a really big ordeal. I tried to call to report this on the website all of the links are broken none of the numbers on the site work out side of the box office. there is no way to even report this higher up.Initial Complaint

Purchase a VIP membership through house of blues 2 years in a row 2018-2019/2020 , covid happened and services stopped. When services opened back up I was advised that to enter the facility we had to have a vaccine or negative result. (There are no indications of this on any signed agreement stating they can change their entrance policy ) . I have children who were unable to get vaccinated which then does not allow my family to use the services that I was paying for. Contacted *************************** regarding my concerns after some negotiations she put my account on hold until December 2021 (stated on sept 21,2021 by email ) Due to my request of not being able to utilize my benefits. I followed up because I wanted an update regarding my concerns , after a few attempts on November 17,2021 (before December reinstatement date) House of blues cancelled my membership without my authorization. Due to this I should receive a full refund because they cancelled a membership without prior authorization from their member and refuse to assist further or refund. In total ****** monthly payments x 5 and one charge of 6.33.33 in total $1799.98 Payments starts 10/8/2019 -9/8/2020 (attachment included )Initial Complaint

On 12/13/21, i purchased tickets that were advertised via a link on posted on the House of Blues Anaheim's official ******** page. The post and advertisement was for the concerts on 2/12 and 2/13. But the link for tickets on the post was for the concert at the venue on 2/11. Because of that link, i bought tickets for the wrong concert on the wrong date, the total cost for 6 tickets was $477. The nature of my dispute is i bought falsely advertised tickets. The business made no attempt to try to resolve the issue, all they said was they couldn't do anything. I tried to go through Ticketmaster but i got, we can't issue refunds for this event. It was two separate ticket orders, their order numbers are 55-40201/LA1 and 48-58891/LA1.
