I ordered the Powerpro Hollow Ace Splicing Kit (order #*********) from Melton Tackle International via their online store on 12/11/2021. The item was advertised to contain the following: 25yd. spool of Powerfloss, Zap-A-Gap Adhesive, Bobbin tool, Instructional DVD by Inside Sportsfishing, Instructional booklet, and DaHo Needle set, containing: 6 Splicing Needles, 1 Reverse latch needle, and 1 Loop Needle. When the kit arrived on 12/24/2021 it DID NOT contain the instructional DVD or instructional booklet and the Zap-A-Gap glue had been opened and was half empty. I emailed ***************************************************** the day I received the order advising them of the issue and asking for the missing items to be sent. I sent another email on 01/06/21, contacted them via their website contact feature on the second week of January, and finally responded to a product review email they sent me on the third week in January. In each attempted contact I relayed the issue and a request for the missing items to be sent. Melton Tackle International has so far refused to respond to my inquiries.
