My husband, **** *******, ordered a wood sign that was supposed to have been brown/tan - the natural color of wood and when it arrived, it was pink and red. I contacted the company multiple times to see if they would replace it but they offered $5.00 as compensation. After several emails, they upped it to $8.00 and said the sign was still pretty. We didnt pay for pretty in pink, wood is not PINK and RED. My last email I requested either a new, correctly colored sign or a refund of the $39.99 that he paid for it.Initial Complaint

I ordered products from this company and have never received them, ORDER #LAKE21732. I have reached out to this company many, many times asking for my order to be remade or for them to refund me my money since I never received the order. The order was placed on 5/20/24. Lake and wind are replying to my emails but all theyre doing is giving me the run around. They have also given me 2 separate tracking numbers one of which says that the order was attempted to be delivered in ********** 3 times minutes apart starting at 1154, 1156, 1158 at night!! Then I received an email stating my items were undeliverable! Well for one they sent them to the wrong address I live in *************************. I called the **** in both ********** and ********** and neither POs have any record of the packages or the tracking numbers! This is obviously a scam and I want them to pay my money back to me ******.I have several emails where Im asking them where my package is I get nothing but the run around when the do respond. Not theyre saying that they can remake my order but I have to pay for it all again!! Are you kidding me?!? These people behind this need to be stopped! Please intervene on my behalf since I cant get anywhere with them! Thank you *************************Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company about December 5, 2023. I received an email on 12/25/23 stating that it was delayed as it was handmade and offered me a 20% off coupon but had to be used by midnight that day. I received another email on 2/1/23, after inquiring the status of my order, that it was in transit. Per the tracking number, XHY3012176909, as of 2/8/23 it has been delivered. I have tried contacting them directly for a resolution and all they are offering is $80 towards ordering something from them again. I asked for my money back or to reship the product but they just keep saying I can use the $80 gift card to order again. I am at the point where I just want my money back. I placed an order on 12/7/23 (email #1). The tracking info was slow to update and provided little information. I reached out for a status. They apologized and said it was on it's way. I reached back out on 2/11/24 when they told me another item was being sent. I still have not received either item. (email #2).On 3/12/24, I submitted my 3rd request for a refund to which they will still not agree to process the refund and are not offering a satisfactory resolution. (email #3)Initial Complaint

We ordered an item online form this company on December 8, 2023. We have never received the item. The only way I can get in touch with this company is by email. Sent email on 1/31/2024, they responded by telling me the item had been shipped. Sent another email on 1/22/2024 asking about my order. They responded back stating that they were going to resend my order. I sent another email on 1/25/2024 asking if it had been resent with no response. I sent yet another email on 2/11/2024 asking if they were as scam. I also requested either a refund or my item or both with no response
