I used Venmo to pay someone on 12/9/2022. A few days later I got an email from Venmo thanking me for using their service and for their gratitude, gave me an opportunity to take a survey and then select one gift for my trouble. I do not have the follow up email date at this time - it seems to have disappeared.The gift I selected was i12 earphones and was told Id only need to pay shipping. The shipping was less than $10. I am not able to find this charge now on my bank statement, only a charge of $111.45 from a company called ********.info. This company is located in ******, ******* with a satellite store in **********. The phone number given there is ************.As far as I was aware and led to believe, I was only to pay the shipping fee, not the full price for the earphones.I will be contacting my bank and asking them not to pay this. I dont mind paying the shipping I agreed to.I do not have the means at the moment to upload supporting info but am happy to email as needed as this is processed.Thanks in advance for your assistance.Initial Complaint

04/28/2022 Kitchen Toyz, a company I have never heard of, charged my debit card for $96.90. I have had no previous business with this company. I believe they got my card number from a promotional offer in which I used my card to pay shipping on another product.Business response

Thank you for contacting customer support. As stated on the order terms, the promotion ************** has selected is based on a trial. I see he selected to receive 1 pair of TW Air Pods where you pay shipping and handling charges in advance and after 15 days are up; if you decided to keep the product, you will be billed for the retail value of the ear buds. However, his trial has expired. We assure you this is not a subscription, there's no future orders. What I know was I was told I won a prize and all I had to do was pick which prize I wanted and pay Shipping and Handling on it .Which I did I did not see anything that said trial or Inflated price.If there was any fine print I did not see any.So do what you want I will not pay for something I was not Quoted in same size type as the S$H price.

I recvd an offer from this business that if I paid ***** shipping and **** for the product, I would recv a pair of earphones in the mail. I never recvd them and they charged me ***** on my debit card. I do not want to recv the product now that I know it is a scam and asked them to refund my *****. They offered my a 50% disount which I don't want. I just want my money back. I just looked on your website and they have 1 star so this has happened many times. Hello,I was contacted from my credit card company early this morning about a fraud charge on my account and I blocked it. They told me it was a subscription to Kitchen Toyz? Asked if I ordered any promotional products stating just pay shipping? On Jan 19, 2022 I did order some head phones but have yet received them. The person I spoke with "******" agent id ***** refused to provide a refund or cancel my order states it was delivered via **** tracking # ********************** ? Good morning,
I have filed a complaint with the **** as well IN regards to mail being delivered but never received. Everyone on our street has complained about missing mail and packages not being delivered to correct address. We have had these issues since before Christmas. Please see below for proof of complaint:

Thank you for contacting customer care. We are sorry to hear that you have not received your shipment. According to ***** it states the package was delivered on the 28th of January. To resolve this issue, we have gone ahead and cancelled the order. Our customer will not be charged for any recurring or any future orders.Customer response

This company took money off my card once in November for a small amout 6.95$ that I would not notice then again in the month of December for a large amount of 111.45$ I did not authorize them to. I have never even heard of this company before and I only shop online from at Amazon.
