Two separate parcels have been delivered by the *********** ** *********** to my home I received a message from **** they were delivered to my mailbox and the packages are nowhere to be found. One was reported to be delivered 2/16 and the other 2/22/24. It's difficult to reach *********** staff. I live in a townhouse and wonder if the carrier is placing them in someone else's box or another location. If that happens usually the other resident will place the package above the mailboxes so the correct person can see retrieve it. We have two different carriers according to SH PO. I am concerned that maybe some of my other mail is not being delivered.Initial Complaint

I purchased on May 4, 2023, what I thought was a Forever Stamp titled "Love Flourishes" made in 2018 to use on a wedding shower invitation from USPOSTPLUS for $26.50. I was also charged a second charge of $.27 for a "Card Fee" for a total charge of $26.77. I purchased the stamps specifically as they matched my shower invitation perfectly. On May 11, 2023, I received the merchandise and on the envelope the return address was "ESP, *****************************************************." I had concerns regarding their authenticity and took the "stamps" to the post office on May 12, 2023, to confirm their authenticity and was informed that they are counterfeit. I emailed USPOSTPLUS on May 12, 2023, requesting a full refund as guaranteed on their website and an address to return their merchandise. I received an acknowledgment email, but no offer of a refund or address to return the merchandise. I have emailed twice since then (May 15th and May 17th) again asking for a refund and an address to return the merchandise. Each time I only receive an acknowledgment email.Initial Complaint

There is no one date, this goes on continually. This is the most disgusting web page I have ever seen. They should not be allowed to exist. I need this service (online ***** to be able in order to check my mail. I have to cover lots of stairs to get to the mail at the bottom. If I could check it online "like you are supposed to be able to do. I would not have to go down those stairs. I am disabled and it is quite a chore to have to do that! I have been in customer service, and tech support, and even complained to you!! It never works, always said you are not recognized, but you asked for your user NAME it gives you the very name you are using!! It tells you to put a code in to change your password. And guess what it does not work. I am so tired of this disgusting website ( Informed Delivery) that has been going on for months, and years...Why are they still to be permitted to run? Let a reliable take that space. I am in their database probably a million times FOR COMPLAINTS. This is discussing, I need this service, make them run it RIGHT! I have missed important info because I could not get threw to the missable site. Sometimes it is hard to get down to the mailbox. I just won't go if I don't have to. Because their service is so pitiful, I can't find out if I have to go down all those stairs if what is in the mailbox is not important!! But how would I know that when I can't get into it through the **** website (Informed Delivery) It is sad very sad! I want them to fix that site, I need to speak with them (CORPORATE) through you. I placed an order for 10 books of stamps on April 16, 2022. With ****** in ******* **.. My Discover card was charged $49.00 on that same day, April 16. Delivery was expected within 5-6 days. I checked my mailbox within that timeframe and stamps not delivered. I reached out to the company via email and was told they were delivered on April 22, 2022 'in or near my mailbox' and that I should check with neighbors, which I did. Stamps not found. I informed company that I had a secured mailbox. I asked to have stamps delivered AGAIN or please credit my account. At that point bi have received no response from the company. I would appreciate your assistance in having the stamps delivered or have my account credited for the $49.00.Thank you,*********************Initial Complaint

Company sends fraudulent emails claiming to sell government issued stamps, imitating the US ************ When asked to stop sending emails, the company continues to send emails.
