      Ordered a dress they ran out of the dress they only gave me $219 back when the whole order totaled $243 not my fault they ran out of dresses. Why not get the full refund?

      On March 14, 2023 I made an online purchase for my daughter at Kiyonna.com totaling $873. She was needing some clothes for a formal event she was having. I bought four things from kiyonna and some stuff from other places as well. It turns out we didn't need or want the tems for Kiyonna and immediately followed their returns procedure as stated on their website. This email, later emails and finally phone calls all went unreturned and we got no redress or information on how to return these items. Their complete silence as we attempted a return was extremely unprofessional.

      I returned a dress that was too small, in the amount of $220.00. I provided a tracking number from ***** that it was returned on June 5th. Kiyonna refused to acknowledge they received the item, will not return the funds or partial funds for shipping. I have called their customer service number and no one returns calls or picks up. Goes to voicemail. I have the tracking number and proof their received the item back.

I looked into the status of your return and we just received the package yesterday. It is now in queue to be processed by the warehouse team. Once the warehouse team has processed the return they will hand off the paperwork to accounting who will then process the refund and you will receive a confirmation email once it has been processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7/10 business days possibly sooner. I have also pasted the refund process from our site down below.Please let us know if you have any questions!
