I ordered a specific product that was advertised and available from this company in January - they instead sent "new and improved product". The bottle looked like a mimic, but it was NOT what I ordered. It was a supplement (drops) that my naturopath suggested. I took Pick Vitamin's word that it was the same, but improved and starting using it. It did not have the same effects and when asking my naturopath - she said it was not the same and I should not be taking. I contacted the company expressing my disappointment. They told me the manufacturer no longer made the drops. I called the manufacturer and they said that was false, they still make the drops in question. I reached out to Pick Vitamin again telling them I had debunked their lie and they said they would refund my money and send a return label. They did neither. I reached out again - they finally sent a label. I told them both bottles had been opened and I was using them until I found out the product was not the same and I was advised not to use. They said to send the product back and they would refund. They finally sent the label and I returned, but they did not refund my money saying the bottles had been opened and used and lied about how much had been used from both bottles. I threatened to file a complaint with BBB and in social media - they then said they would refund but their ability to refund any money has been discontinued and I would have to file a dispute with my credit card company. I don't believe for one minute their ability to refund money to a customer had been discontinued. This company sent a FRADULENT product that could have been harmful to my health, lied about it, lied about sending refund and has been nothing but difficult to deal with. I will NEVER use them again and anyone considering using them should find another company to get products from. I did contact my credit card company, but because it's been dragging out so long - they may not be able to do anything about it.
