      I was ***** model and my face is crooked. Due to that. There was one person in charge of almost 20 women that she was training. She didnt have no extra help after the ***** was injected in my face. My face has been crooked. I reached out to Them for help they said they would get back to me and never got back to me again I just want my face to look the way I used to I want help from them and they ignored my messages after the first one. They only answered one time saying that they would get back to me and they never did.

      on august 8 2024 a deposit of $150 was sent to the zelle under the email ********************************* and name *************************** to which they said they didnt receive so they had me send it to the cashapp $glamhousebeautyy the day of the appointment i reached out at the time of my appointment saying i was there and received a response saying they ran out of product and to come back in an hour and then was told to go back in two hours we then agreed on my money being refunded since the $150 zelle was later accepted my total of $300 was supposed to be refunded and i have gotten no response ever since

      The business is advertised as a MedSpa that does body filler and injections. I initially reached out via social media DM to book an appointment. Initially they were responsive. I confirmed my service and I paid in full. My appointment was supposed to be Sunday of that week. The day of, I didnt hear from the company, so I proceeded on to my appointment. When I arrived, there were several other women waiting tor their appointment. I was confused because my appointment was at the time I arrived. After waiting for a few minutes I was notified that she was not there. I sat and waited for 3 hours with no communication from the business. After being in the office I also began to realize they are marketed as a Medspa but none of the employees have any medical training. The employee never showed up despite repeated calls and DMs. The nex day I received a DM from the business which there was no explanation for why she did not show up to my appointment. She just said that she was sorry and they didnt do refunds. I let her know that I was no longer interested in any services with their company and they have completely stopper responding and blocked me in Instagram. I have received no service from this company and they will not refund the $500.00 paid

      Went to get a nose filler on 3/28 injected by *************************. Messaged her same day that *** have nose filler before and the discoloration has never happened to me. She states it was normal. By Sunday my nose was dying still stated it was normal. Monday went to get dissolver had one small injection. Tuesday saw a medical professional they injected three vials of dissolver via ultrasound. Found that she had injected it into my artery. As ***** to pay for my medical treatment and refused.

      I have been trying to get my deposit back for a class scheduled for 3/24/23. I showed up to the class no one was there I was told on 3/21/23 that I would be added and it would start at 10 am. I was texting all the numbers only to be told the class changed to a later date. I asked for a refund and have been ignored.

      I ordered a few items over a month ago. Ive contacted them 10 times now via phone via email. Unfortunately the location is too far for me to drive to. I havent received a refund for the non-delivered items, nor tracking, or any response in general, *** left several voicemails. This seems like a fraudulent company.

      I signed up and paid for a training with them back in August. Paid the deposit and the next day paid remaining balance. They first set me up in the wrong training class and when I inquired, they said I could do the next available class. Its now November and Ive yet to receive my training that I fully paid for. They dont respond to my messages, *** tried calling numerous times and they dont respond. Im now out $450 for something I never received. Please dont use this business!

      This company is a joke and extremely unprofessional. I paid on January 1, 2023 with affirm for two classes being priced $450 each. The kit should have been sent out for a class by Friday (February 17th 2023).. the classes were to be on February 18th and 19th at 10am-1:30pm est (but they are pacific time), I never recieved the kit. They told me I would by Friday which was yesterday (friday, February 17th). Their way of speaking to you is not correct grammar also. I was starting to get worried about this place and showed my concern by asking for my tracking number and more information on the class. That is when I was kicked out of the student information group on Instagram. That was where the information for the online zoom class would be given on February 18th. Now, its past the class time, no one has sent me anything on the class today, no kit, no guidebook, no zoom info. I rearranged my work schedule to take both of these courses today and they completely ignored me and did not send anything for the class or about the class today. I am extremely upset at this unprofessionalism coming from a place that claims they are a school and want people to succeed and then they pull this? I just now recieved a text at 2:**** est from them saying they werent aware of the situation and the class barely started but I told them I wanted a refund and dispute it. I am no longer interested in this joke of a company. They told me their policy states no refund, however, I did everything on my end that I was suppose to. They are the ones who failed to send my kit and removed me from getting the online class that I was suppose to be in. Then they reach out past the time of it. I contacted affirm and I hope to be refunded. They did not send out or provide the service they advertised for the time frame they gave me.

      Run off with your money and don't provide materials for class you're supposed to take. They spam you asking you for your pay in full but DONT RESPOND ONCE YOU PAY !! I've been waiting for my package since October 25th and no response or package has been given. A BUNCH OF MONEY HUNGRY people . And they have a 16 year old teaching classes with NO LICENSE whatsoever !! I paid $600 in cash app and have been yet to get a response or my money back or my package sent to me
