I started with Online Book Writers on Thursday, April 22, 2021, 10:53 AM. In that amount of time this company slowly changed to Creative Writing Hub, still under Onlinebookwriters.com, and they maintained my website, ***************************, a website that Online Book Writers built for me, they held the ***** USERNAME and PASSWORD which was passed on to Creative Writing Hub, who now continued to update and continued to accept paid invoices for, while publishing a third book that was still on my list of being owed me, along with Copyrights, ******************* and Audiobooks I NEVER received, a long and grueling two and a half years. Recently, through the portal Project Camp, where all information between Creative Writing Hub, (an offspring of Online Book Writers) was exchanged about my publishing and my website, I started to see the name of ******************* corresponding to me through Creative Writing Hub, he was listed in the mentions in Project Camp and continued to use ************** Phone number, an ex-employee of Creative Writing Hub. Then, ******************* metamorphosed into ************************************* and tells me that Creative Writing Hub is no longer available but his company will take over the publishing for the third book and the care for my website www.Bookmarks.store , constantly telling me my website (which I paid Online Book Writers and Creative Writing Hub for) was safe, adding, you can trust ************************ story short, the Trojan Horse (*******************) showed himself and my website is now closed with an Error43! And being held hostage for $15,000, Onlinebookwriters allowed ******************* access to my ***** USERNAME and PASSWORD, then he shut down my website that I paid Online Book Writers and Creative Writing Hub for. I want a refund on my website, *************************** of $20,000 that I paid and a refund on much more. I have all texts, chats, emails, invoices and audio recordings available. Thank you.******************************

I began with Online Book Writers (OBW) in November 2020. I was told my concept would be a best-seller, and they assured me they could meet my 6 to 8-month expectations. I spent $10,750 for a book they promised would be written by a best-selling author. The initial quote was $2000 for their services; however, they didnt inform me of all the aspects of book development, ****eting, and publishing they would later insist were important for success. Nearly every month, there was an upsell: I needed illustrations; I needed a better book trailer video; ISBNs; LCCN; Copywriting; social media followers, etc., etc. Upsells never end.The first writer quit the company at the 5-month **** into my project. She admitted she was not a best-selling author. Only about 30% of my book had been roughed out. They assigned a second NONbestselling writer who proceeded with little thematic correlation to what had already been written. Progress was poor/incremental. In the end, the direction was so bad as we passed the one-year **** I took back over the writing and wrote most of the novel myself.Editing was equally painful. Each time OBW edited, they produced mistakes: extra lines, extra spaces, strange characters, line breaks, misspelled words, etc. I had to re-edit many times.Dysfunction abounds with OBW and disappointments are never-ending. Writers quit and get changed out. Managers quit and turn over your file to the next, and the next, and so on. I have had six (6) thus far. And, when this occurs, the next person isnt at all familiar with your project and cant find the information youve previously sent. Errors are very frequent and progress can move backward. I handled most of the publishing myself in May 2022. Marketing too. Many services are still undelivered.I was given a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I have contacted them by phone, email, and in their back online office dozens of times and filed dozens of complaints with them. They stall and promise but never deliver.

(Copied from my review left with trustpilot.com) I paid this company money to line edit my book, and they returned a grammatically worse book to me. Things like names of herbs were suddenly capitalized, usages of aunt and uncle were suddenly incorrect, I found a sentence with TWO semicolons, when I hadn't had one in the first place. There were nonsensical changes and incorrect edits that were made throughout the book like these examples, and I am happy to provide more:Original: "She made some kind of a tea that smelled like licorice and tasted like bitter socks that was supposed to clear my mind."Their Edit: "She made some kind of tea that smelled like Licorice and tasted like bitter socks that were supposed to clear my mind."Original: "She was good in a way a bitter tonic was good, healing even when uncomfortable."Their Edit: "She was good in a way. A bitter tonic was good, healing even when uncomfortable."They had the audacity to say that I "approved" their changes and couldn't give me a refund because I glanced at chapters as they sent them over, didn't see any major plot changes, and asked them to send over the rest. Would your mechanic take a look at your car, say that it's fixed, then tell you you should have known better when your engine wasn't calibrated correctly? No, because that's what you're paying for "expertise" for. Their editorial letter left out the last ten chapters of my book because they forgot to read it, and I never received a correct letter. To find the extent of their mistakes, I had to spend over fifteen hours re-editing my own manuscript and found countless mistakes. I did not receive what I paid for, a edited book with correct punctuation and grammar. I did not receive what their services promised by any stretch of the imagination.I politely asked to speak with someone to return my money, citing these countless mistakes. They have not returned my money.

I hired online book writers to help edit my book for $600. They stated if I don't like the content it's a 100% money back guarantee. I got a signed contract stating that will happen if I don't like it. Instead, I have been passed around to five people and I have asked for my money back after I did not like the content and I get people saying will a change of mind is not applicable and you won't get your money back when it is not a change of mind. I did not like the content. I then got passed around two other people and they said I didn't give them a chance or give them a week and then they can get my book on track over and over and over again. I have asked to speak with a manager and I was told that person was on sick leave and they couldn't give me a refund. I have practically begged to speak to a manager or somebody of higher ranking and I've been told I will get a phone call and I'm the one that end up calling them. All I want is my money back like the contract stated and that is not happening and I just need help doing that. I have tried to speak with anybody and everybody and I keep getting refed. A rehearsal of words is what it sounds like. All I want is my money back and I have been asking this for about a month now.

I hired Online Book Writers to promote my book in July of 2021. It is now December of 2021 and you haven't done anything! I paid $1,500 down and gave them an additional $1,000 after that for them to hire an influencer to promote my book on social media. That's a total of $2,500.A young lady named ****** was assigned to my case after ***************** the former project manager failed and left the company. ****** started out well. I even talked to her boss. He assured me they would fix this. He also asked me to remove my review from Trust Pilot but I refused to until the work was completed. This is ridiculous. At this point I want my $2,500 back. Please refund my money! If youre reading this stay away from this company!
