I noticed two charges on my credit card that I did not authorize in the amount of $75.97 each.I called the number listed for customer service and the representative said that she would cancel the subscription but could not refund the unauthorized charges. I did authorize any "subscription". Furthermore, she would not transfer my call to a supervisor, or give me another number to call a supervisor or manager.I responded to an online ad that advertised a FREE auto emergency kit with a $10 processing fee,I received no auto emergency kit and have been charged two payments for a "subscription" that I did not authorize.I seek your assistance in getting a refund from this company for the unauthorized charges.
