      This company should be shut down until the recall issue is resolved.They say 4-6 weeks and for me it has been 6 months. Supply chain problems is an unacceptable excuse.A faulty product was sold to millions and yet before that is addressed theyre selling new Blend jets! Take care of the people that supported you first. Do the right thing and send new products to those involved.Its called Service!

      My BlendJet was on the re-call list. I followed the instructions to a T and was assured that a replacement would be sent out in 6 weeks. That was **************************************************** I have contacted customer support on a monthly basis to check on when I would be getting my replacement and I basically get the same memo every time. They have no problem selling you a new one but will not replace the defective one. ***** customer support. Really liked the product but I would not buy another one as they do not stand by their product.

      Super frustrating. Still waiting for a replacement for my blendjet. Submitted in April. Messaged them in June and told they were having issues, ok, I get that. However it is now November.8 months! This is crazy. A product I paid for and now cant use. I really hope they figure this out, because this is making them look bad. Cant even stand behind your product ://. Would not recommend.

      Echoing everyone elses comments about not getting a (no longer wanted) replacement blender after following the companys instructions. They continue to promise replacements and have offered a discount on a new blender, which is offensive at this point. 0 stars

      Blendjet had specific instruction to destroy my seals and dispose of the base due to a recall. My youngest enjoys smoothies and getting protein packed drinks in her is essential. The product is amazing and I fell in love with it. I promised my daughter I would get her own when I got my replacement....its been a year and still no replacement after contacting blendjet multiple times and getting the run around of unforseen manufacturing issues? I still see advertisements all the time so they seem to be selling....why can't some of that go to the people that have already paid for the product that blendjet promised to replace? I won't be giving them anymore of my money. We all know they got thier money and probably more to replace the defected product but they truly don't value customers only a quick ***** I have told many of my friends and family NOT to trust blendjet

      Received an email on February 2024 confirming I would get a replacement. But it is now November 2024. I've been told multiple times that my order has been delayed. But it's clear I've been forgotten. Would be nice if they offered a refund or at least credits. But no...

      I agree with all the previous reviews and complaints. Zero stars, product should be taken off the market, especially since customers service is worthless and refuse to give money back for a product I dont even have anymore.

      Been waiting for my replacement blendjet for over a yr now and think its pretty crappy what they are doing to their customers that purchased them but still havent received a replacement

      I was told I would get a replacement for my defective part on the blend jet. I kept e mailing them the status of my request. And they said they had so many orders to fill and will send me an emai again when it ships. Here is the response I received. How do I get my money back? Thanks I understand that this is a different experience than what you have experienced in the past but we are doing our best to work through this recall. As a small company, we are needing to place our focus in very specific areas and we are unable to send out replacements at this time. We do not have any other information as to when we will be able to resume shipping replacement parts. We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.We appreciate your patience.Warmly,Mandi On Fri, Nov 15, 2024, at 03:46 PM, This has been too long for my replacement.       I also received an email in January 2024, regarding the recall this company had. I destroyed the base and sent a picture to verify along with my request for the replacement. I received the confirmation on February 20, 2024, with my confirmation number. In March I received an update stating they were in the process of sending replacements, but it was taking longer than expected. I reached out in May and June only to receive a canned response stating due to the overwhelming number it was taking longer than expected. I never received a response from my July inquiry. Here I am, almost nine months later, I called the number they have listed, and after one ring it disconnects. If I can go almost a year without it, why would I want to get another?? Very unacceptable and unprofessional way of doing business.
