On 4-8 24 I had 2 rugs cleaned. One rug was a 10x8, one was a round 8ft diameter round rug. When ***** arrived, I told him that the priority was getting the smell and stains out of the 8x10 carpet corner. He examined the carpets and told me it would be $164.00 for both rugs. I asked him if there was a guarantee on stain removal. He said yes. So I agreed to go forward.After the work was completed, he showed me an invoice. I told him the 8 ft diameter round rug was not 8x8 as he indicated on invoice. He walked it off and said yes it was. I said it was it not 64 share feet, more like 50. He continued to argue it was. I just gave up and paid him ****** cash which I had him sign for on receipt. I also should have received $1.00 back. He did not have it. I let it go again.Unfortunately, after letting the rug dry, we smelled the carpet and it smelled horrible (urine)and although lighter the stain was also back. I called and ***** came back. This time he explained he would put a special urine remover on it but it would be ***** more dollars. I asked him why he did not do this the first time. He didnt have an answer, instead he talked about how expensive it was. He treated the area. He told nexts call if there was a problem. It still smelled after drying. I tried to call office on Saturday April 13, 2024. No one answered and there was no answering machine to leave message. I called again Monday. ***** was scheduled to return on Tuesday April 16, 2024. He came in. He smelled it. He took pictures. He went out and talked to office. He came back and said ****** wanted to talk to me.Immediately ****** talked over me, he was not interested in listening. He started telling me the smell was because the dog peed there again. That was absolutely not true.Initial Complaint

I hired A & S ChemDry to clean my carpet in a brand new home. They were a no-show the first day but were able to accommodate me the second day. L and M arrived promptly at 6 am. They were kind but told me that they did not know that I had stairs even though I told the operator who scheduled the appointment. They carried a large piece of equipment down my stairs and visibly damaged the first stair. They also told me that they did not use the right machine when they first started cleaning the carpet and because of that it pulled the carpet up when instead it damaged and left two large burn marks on the carpet that were not there before they arrived. I have the before and after pictures and videos.I called L, his supervisor A, and spoke to the operator at the business and no one ever called me back as promised. They have categorically ignored my calls and now I am unable to call and reach the business as if my number has been blocked. Please advise. I am seeking repair and if they are unwilling to do so, then I will seek a FULL REFUND.
