I placed an order with GoKartsUSA on 21 Nov 2023 - before Thanksgiving. This was a Christmas present for my son. I ordered an exhaust system, carburetor, and throttle cable (a total of $370.51). After a couple of weeks, I reached out to inquire about why my order had not shipped. I spoke with **** on 18 Dec 2023 - nearly a month after placing my order. According to **** the order was "in stock", but they had been very busy. He indicated they would ship it out soon. After a few more days without receiving any information about shipping, I reached back out and I spoke with *******. She indicated the shipping labels would be generated shortly. However, since I was going to be leaving to celebrate Christmas with my children, I asked if they could ship it to the address where I would be located (for Christmas); this was ~20 Dec 2023. I tracked the packages, and rather than shipping the packages to my address or the address where I was going to be for Christmas, the package was returned to GoKartsUSA headquarters. When I found this out, I reached out to customer service and I spoke with ****. He indicated my order would be refunded to my credit card, but it had been in GoKartsUSA possession for a couple of days when I reached out. Rather than helping me reorder the item or ship out the the item that was returned, he would not address my question about when I would receive a refund and he then blocked my account and claimed I was under "security review". I filed a dispute with my credit card company who refunded the amount. I attempted to order the exhaust, but I was refused (see pictures) - I never received an email or information about why I was refused. I tried to go to another site, but it appears GTC Manufacturing (****************************) is run by the same people, as they answered my question about denying my order on that site versus the chat on GoKartsUSA. That is very SHADY. I had two orders ($370+$106). I want the security review removed.Initial Complaint

Accused of being a fraud because I places an order using my billing address for payment and my daughter's address for shipment. After they emailed me saying to update the address I placed another order using my address for both billing and shipping and get a text saying I'm a fraud. I even sent a picture of my CA Driver's license that matched my credit card info. When I tried calling the number he texted me back with don't call. This experience was offerensive, disrespectful and rude! Don't waste your time.Initial Complaint

As soon as I placed the order I immediately called and canceled the order. They said no problem but the charge went thy to my **** credit card. **** told me the GoKart *** had to try getting payment 5 or 6 times before they could get the payment to go through. I see now they also have a horrible review score. Like a 1.6!out of 5Initial Complaint

Avoid this company at all costs. The phone staff is arrogant and the minute you press them on holding them accountable for their responsibilities, they will hang up on you and block your calls. Its good to know this before you make a purchase. I found a much more friendly company to order my products from and they are much more responsive. You will notice also, they say their customer service hours are Monday through Friday on their website but when you call they say theyre only Monday through Thursday. This, of course, is the least of my worries, but just another point of their disorganization.
