      Your company placed me on auto delivery TWICE on something I didnt order. I sent notification to stop the shipment but was still shipped a product I did not order. Now you want me to pay for this I want a complete refund immediately on charges that you illegally put on my credit card. Your customer service person was not pleasant which is only indicative of your operation. I was a believer in your company but now Im totally disgusted with your business practices .

      I ordered Gundry MD mct wellness. I used the product for two months. The company was supposed to have a 90 no questions refund policy. When i called to cancel i was informed that i had to return the containers. I told them i was never informed of that when i ordered the product otherwise i would have kept the containers and that i would have to pay shipping for the containers. The product did nothing for me. But gave me a stomach ache.

      3 purchases of Bio Complete 3. A product backed by a COMPLETE MONEY BACK GAURANTEE. The product did not help my digestive track and followed their directions as instructed perfectly. Contacted Gundry MD on 10/12 to ask for a refund as their product has a money back guarantee. I was met with automated answers from unhelpful customer service agents, telling me they will only offer me a 30% refund, unless i can mail the products back to them for a full refund minus shipping costs. How do i return supplements that have been digested? They also wanted the empty bottles. They say since i cant return the supplements or the empty bottles they cant process a full refund. This is set up to be a misleading scam for anyone that their products do not work for. I would have never risked purchasing this expensive item if it was not backed by a money back guarantee. They refunded me $40.47 of my $137.82 order. I would like the remaining $97.35 of my order refunded to me.

      I purchased vitamins and supplements through the Gundry MD add on Instagram. It stated that their supplements were a Lectin Shied, Bio Complete 3 and Total Restore. -I bought on 7/20/2024. -I spent $818.91 -The Bio Complete states "We designed this 3-pronged blend of probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics to work together for a major gut boost. Once these specialized compounds get to work in your body, dont be surprised to find your digestion feels better, along with your energy levels and overall health."-The Lectin Shield states "Lectins are potentially harmful proteins found in abundance in the American diet and can be difficult to avoid. Lectin Shield is formulated to offset the discomforting effects of lectins, supporting strong digestive health."-The Total Restore states "A world-renowned blend of 20 pro-digestive ingredients scientifically shown to support a strong, healthy gut lining."Their website states "Our 90-day Money-back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll refund you. No questions. No hassle."I emailed them on August 25th telling them that I was not satisfied with their product and they said that I need to try the product for a little bit longer because maybe it hasn't started working yet. I was very uncomfortable: bloated, constipated, getting headaches, etc. I then did a chat on their website. I printed our conversation. They were questioning me and then stated that I have to return the product and pay for the shipping. Ridiculous. Such a hassle to send glass bottles in the mail. I've used 4 bottles, their return policy is that I have to return "all empty or full containers in order to receive a full refund." Who keeps empty bottles just in case they are a hoax?The advertising was on Instagram and it was through Gundry MD on July 20, 2024.

      I keep getting messages, packages and letters from this business and I do not want them. I have a few conditions that I wanted to get some treatment, and I had read the DR&#**;s books so I was interested in using the supplements from them. After a while I had to stop taking his supplements due to the supplements causing me to throw it up. They sent me packages of the supplements and decided to send it back, I called them September 9th and told the representative and told them to take me off the list and stop sending me things, everything. They agreed. I got another 2 shipments sent to me and they keep taking money out of my debit card (about a little over 120 each package). I never requested these, so I called them, stopped one in transit and asked them why they kept doing this, I told them to stop. Turns out they wont pay for the shipments to send back and would cost me money to ship back (17 per box). They sent these by some other carrier 3rd party carrier. They keep sending me messages on my gmail. Because of this situation, they put me in a negative balance.

      I ordered their **************** on 9/7/24. Order ORD-*********. I chatted with ******* on their chat line on Oct 7 regarding returning for a full refund (policy states no hassle full refund within 90 days) AND to make sure I WOULD NOT be charged for anymore orders thru auto ship. They said I signed up for that with my initial order but I DID NOT!! ******* stated she sent me two emails, one to confirm that my card would NOT be charged anymore and another one with instructions on how to return my item and receive my full refund which she approved. I did not get either email and from what Im reading this is a pretty common tactic with this company. Shame on them! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Still need this matter resolved!

      On 5/2024 I responded to an internet ad and purchased product from **************************. Before the next shipment I had called them to say I wanted to cancel and not receive any more of the product and was told it would be taken care of. On 7/23/24 my credit card was charged $122.94 and received a package shortly thereafter. I again called them to say I had previously canceled and I wanted a refund. I was told that there was no record of my last request and that they could not refund my money. I told her to absolutely cancel it so that I don't get charged anymore. I was on the phone with her for about 15 minutes while she went into my account to cancel the subscription. I was assured that it was done. On 9/23/24 I checked my mailbox and found that I received yet another box. I checked my credit card account and saw that I was again charged $122.94 on 9/20/24. I am asking for a refund for both of the shipments that were supposed to be canceled.

      I ordered a Gundry product called Omni Slim on June 20, 2024. I paid $147.19 and was told these came with a money-back guarantee if I wasn't satisfied with the product. On August 13, 2024, I contacted ************************** to initiate a refund. I was told I needed to use all of the product and I could not request a refund until September 25, 2024. So, I just contacted ************************** today, September 25, 2024, to initiate my refund request. I was told I had to send back all of the product and that 90 days had passed, and I was no longer eligible for a refund. Clearly this scheme allows Gundry to promise a money-back guarantee without ever having to actually refund any money. It's unethical, and I want my $147.19 refunded immediately because this Gundry product did not work at all!

      I am rejecting this response because they continue to take ownership. Yes, they've sent me the form, but they've also said that I'm past the deadline for a full refund. So, I could submit the form, but they would not issue a refund because they have said I'm past the deadline. I want Gundry MD to send me a refund check for the full amount. There is no need to send in a form. I've contacted the company twice and am now making this complaint to the Better Business Bureau because they just pass me around from form to form and then claim I missed deadlines so they don't have to issue a refund. It's bait and switch, and then it's hot potato with service accountability until they throw their hands up and say "I'm sorry, but you've missed the deadline." I will only accept Gundry MD fully refunding me $147.19.
