Stay away! Stay far away! Talk is good, but the agency has NO relationships with traditional publishers. A quick investigation will show use of similar but nit valid domain names from publishing houses.Review from Edward a

I signed up with New Age Literacy Agency two years ago and I sent them my money that totaled $3,000. I'm still waiting for a completed book. They drag out the process and when you try to call them, their mail box is full. I paid for an editorial review and had to make all the corrections myself in my original Word document after they sent me a shared PDF file, which couldn't be corrected or updated. There was the promise of a MacMillan endorsement if I sent more money. Their goal is to entice as many clients as possible and then finalize their efforts by sending your manuscript to ****** where they have an account. ****** and ****** will self publish any new author's manuscript. The way I see it; New Age Literacy Agent is playing a "numbers game" at my expense, hoping they'll get luck with one of their many clients.Review from Ginette M

The self publishing industry is fraught with ********, and I believe New Age Literacy Media is one of them. Specifically, the company will take your manuscript and provide some basic publishing service for a fee. The problem is they take the money, but sit on the manuscript and then start to extract more money for services in the way of selling you more service bundles, while your manuscript lingers. To be more specific you submit a manuscript and you assume the fulfillment team or even an editing team is working on it, but they're not. Instead they are trying to sell you for example a publicity bundle or editorial review like Kirkus or Clarion. Meanwhile nothing is being done to the manuscript. The worst of it is that in my case they say a traditional publisher is interested in a book endorsement. They even go to the trouble of showing a so called book endorsement from say MacMillan. I didn't believe that and told them. I paid for an editorial review but they could not or would not provide evidence of when they sent the manuscript. In short they engage in dishonest and unethical behavior. They also are fraudulent.
