This company has REPEATEDLY sent advertising texts to my cellphone *************), even though I am on the Federal Do Not Call list. I have both called and sent emails to them to try to resolve the matter, but have been completely ignored. At this point, I need to speak to the company's ATTORNEY or LEGAL REPRESENTATION to resolve this issue. If that doesn't happen, I will be taking significant legal action against them, up to and including contacting the ******* State **************************Business response

As previously stated, I will need to speak to your attorney or legal representation to resolve this matter. A violation of TCPA law occurred and needs to be resolved with legal counsel.Initial Complaint

This company robo calls 5 times a day I have asked to be put on the do not call list, I have filed numerous complaints with the do not call registry I have called and emailed the company directly who assure me that the calls will stop Which they have notBusiness response

They keep spamming my phone 6 or more times a day offering me funding. They call me from ************, and when I asked to be removed from the list they disconnected and blocked my number, but spam me from other numbers. I am on the national do not call list. I will *** this company if they keep calling me. I do not want their services.Business response

1/6/2022 call from ************. Completely automated computer generated voice. Was able to get to where she asked if I would like to speak to a representative, I said yes, number disconnected. Called the number back 25 times and she would never connect to a live individual. This is ABUSE!They only have a website, maybe 2, but neither have any contact information that works!Business response
