We were charged a $9000 membership cancelation fee and seeking recovering. Overall, XO Jet did not honor their service promises. On multiple occasions, they broker their promises and did not provide the service promised. 1. We booked our flight on January 13th. We reserved Challenger 300 on both legs and no one mentioned that our flight could be canceled and we had no plan B (either back up charter or commercial reservations)2. After wiring $75K 7 days before our trip, conveniently...our flight was cancelled and I was told there was no other option unless we signed up for your Elite Access membership. Unfortunately, there were no commercial flight options so we had no other choice but to comply since our hotel fee was non refundable. Two days of stress waiting for confirmation. No one was willing to honor our original reservation unless we signed up for a membership we didn't want! We felt like we had a gun to our head.3. We were told our outbound flight would be on a ************************** we were flown on a Hawker **** that was cramped and w/ a bathroom that had no running water and you had to hold up the toilet seat w/ your hand to use it.4. Two days before leaving, we were told our flight was delayed because you didnt have customs clearance. Once again, we had no other option. The hotel was completely sold out so we had to wait in the lobby w/ three sick guests. Everyone was uncomfortable in the open lobby area in 90 degree temperature.5. The return flight had no operating bathroom. We were warned this might happen and the only other option was another delay (and no place to stay). We had three sick passengers and no operating restroom. That is completely unacceptable.Overall, miserable experience. The only shining light was the nice flight crew. Other than that, it was horrible. I'm so upset right now and mad at myself for trusting your company.
