On 8/6/24 at 9:22pm I tried to make a purchase for $13.31. I used my debit card, was told transaction failed, so I ran the card again. Was told a 2nd time the card failed and they were having internet issues. I left without my purchase. Next day I noticed two charges for $13.31. I contacted the Mobil C&C Fuel Mart the day. Was told that I needed to speak to the owner. Spoke to owner more than once, she said she has never done a refund before. Gave me the runaround for 2 weeks. Then she tells me I need to contact the my bank and not the vendor. My bank treated the 2 disputed charges like fraud and canceled my debit card. Since I had no receipt or merchandise. New card in 3-5 days. Horrible business!
