Honestly, if they werent already the provider that my self-directed IRA ******* uses, I wouldnt use them. Their customer service is less than helpful nor courteous-from the receptionist to the advisors. So frustrating when you have a simple question that could take moments to answer and give the direction needed and they take all day to respond, only after a second call was placed announcing my frustration and disappointment. Thumbs down!

In early 2020, there was a choice of 3 blockchain(Crypto) IRA's available to roll a portion of my holdings into blockchain(Crypto). I did so, and have been very impressed by the returns that move has generated. For that, my stars should be 5 star rating! The best thing was, on the page is links to blockchain(Crypto) sites to visit, which I did. Mind blowing stuff! I have been on an educational binge ever since. Just for that exposure, my rating would be a 5! The links are still active, and I encourage everyone to jump on, and learn all you can about this new investment strategy. It takes time, and effort, but is still very worth it. Dive in, and learn about the blockchain(Crypto) space/new asset class. Their Cold Custody of assets is very secure, and again, deserves a 5 rating. However, the choices offered are very old. So, choices of blockchain are very limited, and offer only 1st generation blockchain. I am currently studying 2nd and 3rd generation blockchains. These are not on offer at BitIRA. There are probably governmental restrictions on what an IRA is allowed to offer to it's clients, Still, the bulk of my investable holdings are in IRA's. I just wish BitIRA would offer 2nd and 3rd generation blockchain(Crypto) assets to invest in. That's why only the 4 Star rating, and I can't find a way to add a half-star. Really, overall my rating is 4 1/2 stars! Just like any investment, do your Due Diligence, and read everything you can find about your upcoming investment decision. So, really, rolling just a little bit of cash out of a brokerage, real estate, or other IRA into BitIRA is a very good idea. Thank You, BitIRA! ***** 5stars!
