On 06/28/2023 I contacted the business at ********************************** regarding claiming merch for 2023 through my ******** subscription. I paid $6.09 in shipping, yet received no merch. After 3 more follow-up emails, they responded to me on 11/15/2023 saying they were cleaning out their SPAM folder. They instructed me to send them my information, and said they would send the merch as soon as possible. After sending them the information they requested on 11/18/2023, I have received no response despite multiple email follow-*** to both ********************************** and merch@breakingbenjamin.com.Since then, I have also been automatically charged $49 for another year of ********. Furthermore, I can no longer sign-in to the ******** site even if I wanted to cancel my membership and prevent automatic payments. I also notified them of these sign-in issues to which I have received no response.In summary, I have been charged $49 for 2 years of ******** for which I have received no merchandise despite paying $6.09 in shipping for 2023. I also cannot sign-in to my ******** account seeing as the site and password reset option don't seem to function properly.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 4/7/23 for a baseball style hat from the Breaking Benjamin merchandise online site. The total cost was $36.20, and the order number is BB-***** (I received the order on 4/13/23). When I received my order, they had sent me an incorrect hat and the only method of contact they provide is email. I have sent them three separate emails on dates; 4/13/23, 4/24/23, and last on 5/4/23. I also sent them photos of what I received, and have been asking them to simply exchange it for the correct one. On my last email (5/4/23), I asked them for a refund since I have not had any responses back from them about this order. As of today (5/7/23), I still have yet to receive one response from them.Business response

We have located the original customer request in our system. It was flagged as SPAM.
We have contacted the customer, and informed them that we will ship the correct item out ASAP.
