      I ordered a watch in late April from Watchshopping.com, they are procurement business, so they do not have the product when you order most of the time, so its understood delivery can take some time. I usec Affirm credit to purchase a ******* Omega plus ****** in interest to Affirm. The watch allegedly arrived to them damaged and advised me they could not deliver the d offered a refund. I found another product similar and paid the difference in a seperate payment payment through paypal and was told it would take several weeks to receive it. This was in May of this year. Since then i have requested updates of status, and then multiple requests for refunds and have received no responses. It is now september and i am still paying for a product i have never received. I have filed a dispute with Affirm as they will need to be refunded so they can refund me. I am also requesting my Paypal payment of ****** dollars for switching to a different product. I would expect that they would pay back the accrued interest to Affirm as they have taken their money for a product they never delivered and have stopped responding.

      Order #********* I placed an order for a watch with watchshopping.com on May 28, 2023. My Apple credit card was charged for $3,588.16 on May 28th as well for the Watch. I have attempted to reach the company by phone multiple times since mid-July. The calls to the customer service number ***************) immediately go to voicemail. I have left my contact details multiple times but no one calls me back. I also attempted to reach the company at their sales phone number ***************) but is always busy. I have attached a copy of the email I received from watchshopping.com confirming my purchase.Thank you, ***************************

      I ordered a watch for $313.00 with tax, total was $331.78. This order was placed June 9, 2023. I received an order number of #********* I received another email stating it was shipped. I've never received the watch. They charged my card. Company never responds to phone calls, or emails.On there site it states I have no orders.

      A few months back I purchased an expensive watch from this company. A few months in, the movement stopped working. I contacted ************* and they offered to send it off to the *** for ************ repaired, ************* claimed they sent the item back to me. As soon as a shipping label was sent, WatchShopping completely ignored me and shut down their phone lines. The Watch was returned to seller due to failed shipping information on their end, and I have not been able to get in contact with someone for over 3 months. Despite many attempts to contact customer support and the sales team, I have not received one response and have been robbed of many $100s of dollars.

      I Placed an order with Watchshopping.com on 6/3/23 . They sent 1 email stating they had processed the order and charged my account through Affirm and that they would let me know shortly when the ship date was. That was the last time I have ever heard from them. There has been no shipment ,there has been no watch and there has been absolutely no response from Watchshopping.com to my numerous attempts to contact them. I have sent numerous emails detailing my displeasure and that I want to cancel the order since it obviously has not shipped yet and I want my Affirm account credited back. Zero response to those emails. I have left many voicemails on there answering machine ,since no one ever picks up the phone and even their online chat system does not work. There is literally no help in this matter. I contacted Affirm to let them know and they have done nothing ,they do not care that this business is a complete scam even though they are partnered with them and help them in this scam. As it stands now I am out almost $2k and Affirm is demanding I pay them back even though I never received my item nor will I ever receive. Something needs to be done with this so called business before they hurt many more people

      I was charged for a product and requested a cancellation. This product was never received and I got no response from business after attempting to contact multiple times. They are no longer answering calls. I am seeking a refund.

      I placed an order with this business two weeks ago. I received an email confirmation of the order with an order number. They will not respond to emails or phone calls requesting an update on ************. I purchased an almost $2000 item, and have no idea when it will arrive. This is a gift, and I cannot afford to buy a second item as their return policy is egregious- so if the item ever shows up returning it will cost me money.

      I purchased a watch from www.watchshopping.com on May 9, 2023 for $3,083.28. My credit card was immediately charged for this purchase. The watch I purchased was an Ahoi White *******plated Dial Black Textile Strap Automatic Men's Watch/40MM. The order is #*********. I was emailed an invoice #********* on May 9, 2023 from *********************** (attached). Separately, I was also emailed an estimated arrival date of **** business days from ***********************, along with contact information for customer service in the form of an email address and customer service phone number (attached).On May 23. 2023, emailed the provided customer service email address ********************** to inquire about the order status. I subsequently emailed this address and *********************** on May 26, June 2, June 22, and June 26 (attached). None of these 5 emails were responded to. In the same timeframe, I called the provided customer service phone number (+1 ************) 4 times. None of these calls were answered and each time the call was forwarded immediately to voicemail. I left voicemails with my order number, question, and contact information. None of these voicemails was returned via phone call or email from Watchshopping.com.At this point, we are 33 business days from when this order was placed. I have received no communication from the seller about my order. None of my inquiries have been replied to. I have no confidence that this order is being shipped, and my credit card was charged for this order on the day it was placed. I would like a refund immediately.
