      The groomer that groomed my dog did not know what he was doing.. I have use this service in the pass with a different groomer but he was not available so I went with a different person.. My dog looked ridiculous. I cried. He is 15 and a half years old and has been groomed his whole life.. I did call and she has me send her pictures and said she would get me my refund. Then she said maybe just half my money and then I never heard from her again.. They also cut him and he was bleeding. I also sent pictures to the groomer who usually does his cut but was unavailable and also works for the same company and he could believe it..

      We hired their services for our dogs. The groomer shaved one of our dogs even through we specifically asked them not to. The dog has a double coat and shaving a dog like that causes health problems and other issues. On top of that the business refused to take any accountability stating that their groomers are contractors and the business has no liability for them.

      I booked an appointment with alpha dog grooming for 6/1 @9am. When I called to get an ETA my number was blocked once I was calling numerous times to see if anyone was still coming by this time it's 9:20am. When the driver finally arrived he was very rude and aggressive. Groomer ************************* he stated he will" kill me" once I said nevermind I no longer want the services . I shouldn't be threatened just because I no longer need the service, nor should I be discriminated against he thought I couldn't understand Spanish.

      Billed for grooming that took place 24h after the initial cut due to personal business reasons with the grooming company. The groom was completely completed against the style that was requested and the groomer never did provided a bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, or gland clearing. Both dogs has swollen glands and had to go to the vet to clear because they were having ****** stool. ***** had several foxtails never removed from his paw resulting in surgery that required a cone and an ear infection due to his ear not being cleaned.

      On March 18, my dog had a grooming appointment scheduled with Mutts ***** which then referred to the app Groomeer, which referred to Alpha Grooming. During the grooming, my ************************** mix was injured (groomer sliced his tail ) and required veterinarian treatment. All support numbers and emails ended up at ********************************************** I was provided a ******** claim number on March 20. For four months, no information regarding the policy could be obtained. Dozens of calls and emails from both myself and their insurance adjuster went unanswered. I do not believe the groomers or this business are insured (false advertising.) I do not believe the groomers are certified, either (also false advertising.) This is not a reputable business.

      I paid 155.58$ on May 19,2023. My dog was not groomed correctly, she couldnt do anything I asked, she also CUT my dog. I have all the text messages. **************** has been a nightmare, manager wont respond. The groomer showed up in a non alpha grooming **** it said pet outlets.com on her van and she was 2 hours early, excepting me to just be here.

      Feb 28th, 2023 I had an appointment at 9:00am with a pet groomer *************************** from Alpha Pet Grooming for my cat, *****. The service was a full hair cut, nail trim, shampoo, conditioner and blow dry. After not hearing from ***** past the appointment time, I sent her a text at 9:21. I received a call at 9:25 from *****, she stated she was running behind and that she would not be able to get to me until 10:40. I agreed as I know things happen and times get pushed back. However, ***** had then sent a text message at 9:56 stating that she would not be able to make it to me until 11:40. We are now 2 hours and 40 minutes past my appointment time. I continued to agree even though I was in the middle of my work day. ***** was able to shave *****. I was called out about ***************************************** holding ***** while she worked. I was assisting for about 45 minutes..again, taking time out of my work day. She talked down to me multiple times and made me feel like I was an awful pet parent because I couldnt get the help for ***** that she needed..which is why I hired the groomer in the first place. After the initial meeting before she took ***** in the van, I wanted to cry I had felt so bad. ***** said that we should stop for the day after almost finishing. ***** still needs her legs attended to and she did not get a bath (shampoo or conditioner) or blow dry. ***** said that I would be her first client the next day (March 1st, 2023) at 8:00am.This morning at 8:00am, when ***** said she would be here, and that I would be her very first client, I had not heard a word from her, no call, no text. I gave ***** the 20 minutes again, for traffic, and texted her. It has now been 2 hours and 20 minutes past the 2nd appointment time and still no word from *****. I now have an uncompleted pet grooming service that I had paid for AND I tipped ***** $30 on top of that.I have reached out to the company via phone and email multiple times with no resolution.
