AirWorks installed new ductwork at my house and they work well. The company said the cost would be $8,625.86. The job was completed on 5/16/24. I paid the company on that day. I was never given a printed copy of the contract. The job was paid in full. Now on June 18 I received a bill saying that I owe them $702.00 more. The contract was paid in full on the 16 of May. I need a printed copy of my signed contract.Initial Complaint

Transaction Occured on 2/8/2024. Technician was scheduled to show up between 10-12pm. He showed up at 11:40 am to clean the ducts for the heater vents. $575 dollars later he addressed the water heater and the one bedroom omitting the second bedroom and living room. That is not my compliant at all. Thursday evening temperatures dropped to 41 degrees and when I turned on the heater there was no heat which I had prior to the technician addressing the ducts. I called the next morning 2/9/2024 I was then informed that there was nothing they could do and that the technician was not available to come out to review it. After explaining the circumstances to Luisa over the phone and asking for a manager she stated the technician would return. he returned friday morning after being here 10 minutes to let me know they could send someone out from heating and air but i would have to pay an additional $75 dollars and if they find its nothing they did then I would have to pay to have the heating repaired. They have offered nothing to resolve this matter as nights are dropping to 41 degrees and I have no heat for me and my family. I have a 6 year old grandaughter this is unethical. There is a different name of the company on the physical receipt and a different name attached to the number that we were provided. I have been met with a path of resistance at every turn and no one to attempt to resolve it. No business card was provided no company truck no desire to resolve the heat issue which was working prior to the technicians arrival. It's greed and a pawn for me to pay more money that I do not have.
