  THEY ARE WILLING TO DO MORE DAMAGE TO YOUR DOG IN ORDER TO GET MORE MONEY. THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR YOUR ANIMAL.Vet techs were very nice and caring which had me thinking to come back to this location. I had two different scares with my pup and both visits to this vet the actual doctor did not have any compassion or interest in thoroughly checking my dog. The last visit the doctor looked at the issue for less than one min, not feeling it or looking at anything else. He gave us an estimate for $1,480 for an **** gland surgery. Being almost 6 month pregnant i had no way of paying that. I waited it out to take my pup to the regular vet monday morning. After a thorough check up my normal vet explained that there is absolutely no reason she needed a surgery. The gland just needed to be internally expressed with some good antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications which costed all of $400.

  It has come to our attention that Ms. ******** has filed a complaint against the services which he provided to her. Her pet named Khas was seen with us on 2 occasions. On both visits, **** was examined and medical consultation was done. The doctors presented appropriate treatment plan and diagnostics. On both visits, both of the treatment plans and diagnostics were declined and an informed consent was established with the caregiver. An "against medical advice" form was signed by the caregiver (please see form attached). She paid for the medical consultation fee which is $100 each visit totaling in the $200 that she is disputing. It is our request to dismiss this complaint because she paid for the services that were given and declined the rest. Its our humble request to keep our business going, so we need to charge for the services that we provide. We always provide different payment options to assist with monetary aspects of the visits (care credit, scratch pay). In this case, all of those options were declined as well.
