      I contacted I Fix Appliances (******************** ) over a weekend or repair to my wine cellar (9/2/23). They sent a tech who stated he installed a new starter for the compressor which failed the next day. Furthermore, I was over charged ($600). I contacted the manager of the company the next day and she was arrogant and totally obnoxious to me. I would never use this company again.

      Dear *****,Our records indicate that you have contacted our company on Saturday evening, 09/02/2023 stating that your wine cooler did not work and you needed service right away. We sent a technician the same evening. Upon arrival the technician checked the cooler, did the repair, and the unit was working when he left.Six days later, on 09/08/2023, you called us again stating that something didn't work right and you would like your money back. We stated that you have a 30-day warranty and suggested to send the technician back to see what is going on. You declined our offer and mentioned that your warranty company came to you and gave you a different view of what was wrong with your unit. You said that you have pictures and statement to prove it. We asked you to send us what you have received from the other company and inquired why you didn't access our **************, instead of calling someone else? You replied that you trusted that company and that they didn't work over the weekend, so you called us instead. You promised to send us documentation to review, which we never received. Unfortunately, we cannot assess the validity of your statements since no information has been provided and we were not allowed to come back under our warranty to check the unit. We always treat our customers with respect, and do our best to resolve any conflicts. In this case, we were unable to reach mutual understanding for the above stated reasons. Your disputed charge, your review, and no proof of our wrong doing leaves us with a bitter feeling. However, we hope you have achieved the satisfaction you were looking for and were able to resolve any issues associated with your cooler.
