I Received a text message in July that they were shipping me a breast pump once my insurance approved it. Ive never Ordered from this company. I reached out to my insurance to make sure a claim was not approved. It was denied for lack of prescription. Because, once again, *** never made contact with this company before, let alone sent them a prescription. I then Received another text that my pump was sent. The Order arrived. Insurance confirms claim denied. Multiple attempts at contacting this company to return said breast pump. No answers. Im turning this over to insurance fraud. Claim denied but still sent is bad business. You should know better.

We are sorry that a breast pump was sent out to you by an OBGYN we had on file. We are looking into how the doctor sent this information to us. We have sent the return label so that you can return the Hygeia pump back to us, you can also keep it if you would like. We have already started the return RMA#******* process on our end with your insurance even though it was denied. If there is anything else we can help you with, please reach out to us. I ordered a breast pump through my insurance 4 months ago. And have not been able to use it the pump does not work. It turns on but doesnt not suction at all. I have 4 months sending emails and trying to call the company and their customer service is non existent have not been able to get ahold of them. *** left emails, voicemails, and nothing. I cannot afford another pump and have been using one that o bought for $20 on Amazon. I would stay away from ordering a pump from this company.Hygeia II Medical Group Inc Response
