I recently visited this establishment to get my son's glasses repaired, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, I noticed multiple signs stating, "We see you, we will be out shortly." I waited for assistance, but after a while with no one in sight, I decided to leave and call the number listed on the door to inquire about making an appointment.When I called, the person who answered was immediately defensive and explained, in a very rude tone, that they were in the back ordering lenses for customers. They went on to say that if I had waited just 30 more seconds, I would have been helped. The unprofessional attitude was shocking, and after hearing how I was spoken to, I decided right then that I would not be giving them my business. I ended the call, but to my surprise, the person called me back to leave a voicemail, which felt like harassment.Thankfully, I went to another repair business in ********* where I was greeted warmly and received the service I needed in less than three minutes. The contrast in customer service was like night and day. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and courteous service. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

The worse place ever ! Took my eye glasses there 2 weeks ago & they broke already. Took them back to get fixed & the person had such a bad attitude, I left & will see out a reputable spot to go to.

As an educator I have understand and have years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum but there is no excuse for the way the repairman in this shop treated me today. My chuckle at the fact that he handed me the wrong pair of (ugly) glasses set him off in such a manner that I felt extremely uncomfortable and felt it necessary to asked a man outside if he could hang out with me until the repairman finally felt like he could give me my glasses. He took care of all 4 of the people who came in after me. One man had the exact same issue as me. So its not like mine took longer. He was punishing me. I even apologized. I told him that I was a laugher and even called it a nervous habit, hoping he could relate. I know he doesnt possess the capacity. But I thought Id try. I wouldnt write this unless I found the experience completely unnerving. The man who hung with me tried to get my glasses for me so that I could avoid him but the repair cost was $25 and I certainly didnt want him to pay that. For me its just not worth it to deal with a person lacking the ability to control themselves, no matter the reason. Im sure there are other people that can fix your **** glasses without traumatizing you.
