On August 20, 2024 a motorist insured by Seaview Insurance Company hit my vehicle. I opened a claim SCA0065355 against Seaview Insurance Company. It's been almost a month and my vehicle is not fixed. The company is not responding my calls and emails and tries their best to delay or avoid repairs. I don't think it's a legit insurance company and they should not be in business.Initial Complaint

On 8-12-2024 I was in a highway accident with an uninsured motorist and may car was undrivable and was towed. I created a claim the next morning by calling and the same claim online. Seaview - Triton through Fiesta insurance is my insurance. An adjuster, ********************* **************, called me within a few hours and stated "you are fully covered and where is your vehicle so we can pick it up and take it to our yard to be assessed." I asked, "you just get it fixed" and she stated, "no that will be your choice we just do the adjustment" and gave me the claim number CAS0013184. The claim number was given to me on 8-13-2024. I have called once a day starting on 8-20-2024 and have left Voice Mail's. I could not understand the ** email she was leaving and asked to call me and update the ** email so it is legible. The ** was changed the next day without no email in the verbiage and now with a supervisor ****** ************** to contact if there was any issues. I have called once a day during business hours and over the past few days a couple times a day leaving call back contact information. I called the main number for the insurance and they gave me a Manager Heraldo **************. The numbers of ****** and ******* do not have personal **s but you can leave a message. Every call goes unanswered and I have no idea where my vehicle is. Today is 8-27-2024. I have also went to the Fiesta Brokers in ******, CA office and all's they have is a general email that he CCd me on. And said that it takes like three days to reply. I have know idea where my car is stored and I'm so worried.Initial Complaint

Hello My Name is ******************************* I was in a car accident on 05/04/2024. My claim number is CAS0009626 my attorney and I have reached out to this company several times regarding the reimbursement of my vehicle and they have not responded to us. My Claim Adjusters name is ***************************** his phone number is ************ and the total loss adjuster is ******************************* her phone number is ************. We have called and left voicemails and there has been no response. The Supervisor name is *************************** and her email is ****************** and there has been no response from this company. I have full coverage insurance with this company and I am supposed to be compensated for the loss of my vehicle per my contract with Seaview Auto Insurance.Can Someone Please help me with this Issue.Initial Complaint

I reported my vehicle was stolen 4/15/2024. I was told 30day investigation and if we didn't find the car it would be paid as a total loss. I have called many times as it is now 7/05 and I have yet gotten my issue resolved. I completed everything the insurance company has asked for and all I want is a fair payment for the market value of the vehicle.Initial Complaint

Our car, while parked. was hit by *****************************. Seaview Insurance has been and is non-responsive. Current issue is they have offered a settlement which must be split between two claimants due to policy limits. Seaview will not share how they arrived at proposed settlement figure. We need such information so we can then ask our insurance company to pay differences. Our claim will include vehicle damage (or value of car if totaled), out of pocket expenses including rental car, taxi, ride share...Initial Complaint

Seaview is a scam. I have been paying my insurance but now when I try and cancel my insurance it is impossible to get them on the phone. I have tried for a week to get a live person and they refuse to answer the phone or call me back. They need to be shut down for good. I feel bad for anybody who was hit by one of their insured drivers. What a disgrace of an insurance company. giving the entire industry a bad name.Initial Complaint

On 10/11/2023 an Insured Driver ************************* and her ***** Equinox by SeaView Insurance hit my car, and my husband sustained a brain injury from the accident. The owner (Insured) and her finance who was driving, t boned my car, the driver of the ***** Equinox got in a runaway car and he fled the scene of the accident. ************************* owner also tried to flea the accident but wasnt able to move her vehicle . Seaview has made me pay for the towing of my car, the Ubers for 2 weeks and Ive also had to pay 6 months worth for a rental car. I have 2 weeks of loss wages. My husband was paid 2500& for loss wages and injury, they refused to pay the medical side for hospital visit. Now BCBS wants there money. ************************* of seaView Ins, said insurance paid for the hospital visit knowing they would want there money . Seas view still has not PAID for the total loss of my ****** Versa. After they paid out my husbands medical, they have ignored every single phone call, every email since 2/18/2024. The car sat at my home until I was forced by city to get rid of it, car was totaled and tags had expired waiting for Seaview, now on 3/18 they offered to pay out on my ******, but deducting cost of salvage of abandoned vehicle will not provide information regarding the pay out. I have yet to recover over 8k in rental expenses, 3500$ in lost wages, and Uber and the towing, plus property loss of my ****** Versa, of 6000$!Initial Complaint

I was in an accident on November 16, 2023. I heard from the company 2-3 days after collision and spoke to adjuster ****************, who was very assuring that she was working on the claim and would be in contact as soon as she is able to close it. She had me send photo and video evidence to her email, I got confirmation email and have not heard back since. That was November 15, 2023. I have left several messages and no response. Its been very frustrating not having a response. I have been having to borrow a car since the accident. I am demanding a prompt response to my claim.Initial Complaint

A claim was filed against this company for an auto accident, they do not return phone calls or emails or messages. They are very hard to get a hold of and contact for any information. They are rude when trying to resolve any issues regarding claims that are not being resolved in a timely manner. This is a fraudulent company that will insure and not pay out when they are at fault. They claim to not be able to get in contact with clients even though other companies can. They will drag out claims and ignore your calls. You will wait at least 40 minutes on hold to talk to someone. The managers (******************) are of no help as well and do not provide any reassurance to do their best to try to resolve any issues. It has been two months since a claim was filed, I call almost everyday to get updates but my calls go unanswered and unreturned. My insurance was able to get a statement from their client being at fault for the accident two months ago but they continue to say they cant reach their client. The other party at fault is reachable, it is this company that is the one that is hard to get in contact with. The adjuster on the claim (*************************) does not answer calls and does not return calls even after multiple messages left. My car continues to go without repair and possibly will go into denial of repair due to this company claiming to be unable to get a statement of liability from their client responsible for the accident. Attached will be pictures submitted, their client drivers license and ********************** card and estimate for repairs. I would like a settlement to be paid for repairs and compensation for personal damages for inconvenience, stress and frustration.Initial Complaint

I was in a 2 vehicle collision, SeaViews insured driver being at fault. I heard from the company 2-3 days after collision and spoke to adjuster ****************, who was very assuring that he was working on the claim and would be in contact as soon as he is able to close it. He had me send photo and video evidence to his email, I got confirmation email and have not heard back since. That was November 14, 2023. I have left several messages for him, called different associates within the company who all cannot help me because they dont handle claims, including those I was sent to in claims department. I have been sent to so many different extensions, left messages with supervisors, and not one response since. I am still driving around a wrecked vehicle, and will be out thousands of dollars as I will be needing to pay myself to get the vehicle repaired, pay for a rental, etc.
