      I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new/used car, I've never had such a bad experience like the one we received here. They gave us the run around telling us we weren't approved by our credit union when in fact WE WERE approved and even had approval letter. They apparently don't like selling cars to people who do their homework and go through a credit union because they would rather rip somebody off with a higher interest rate through their lenders. They gave us an appointment for 6pm knowing the banks were closed and knowing they weren't going to be able to sell us the car if they couldn't call the bank. *** was the person I was working with that gave us such a horrible experience. Stay away from this dealer if you're in the market for a new/used car. NOT RECOMMENDED!

      2 weeks ago I took my car in to get serviced for A12 maintenance. The code was an oil change, tire rotation, air and dust filter. This package was $177 which I agreed to over the phone when I scheduled the appt. When I got there, ***** takes me to the service desk and tells me that the air filter portion was going to be an extra $150+ so I declined and opted for the oil change and tire rotation because I cant afford a $400 oil change. Yesterday as I walked to my car I noticed that my front tires are thinner than the back and it made me question the tire rotation. I check the back right tire andddddd theres the gash in the same place!!!! Im livid ?? and its 7am! I call the shop and explain to Skip that I took my car in and my tires werent rotated. Skips response and solution was for me to bring my car back and WATCH them rotate my tires as if I just got all the time in the world to WATCH someone do a job they were hired and PAID to do! I told Skip what he could do is find out why my tires werent rotated and that I will call back in for an answer.***** calls back and offers me a partial refund on the tire rotation only and for me to bring my car back to get my tires rotated. I told ***** that its not about a refund. I want to know why I paid for a service that wasnt done? He tells me that he spoke with the mechanic and that they basically just checked the pressure and signed off and that hes working with them to make sure that the job is getting done. Im a single female living in an expensive inflated state with a bunch of LAZY money hungry companies that want to just rip people off! I told ***** that the trust is gone. For all I know nothing was done at my appt. For all I know they could have just filled the air and erased the code from my dashboard. This is company is dishonest, inconsiderate, and manipulative. I dont understand it but I will never go back here. First and last time this company will ever get a ***** of my hard earned money!

      The service department in Jaguar Land Rover is atrocious! They are rude, non communicative, they lie and they blame the customer when they destroy elements on your vehicle. I was lied to about when my warranty expired, I was lied to about what was wrong with my car. I was told my 2018 Range Rover Velar was near the end of its life, even though the vehicle only had ****** miles on it. The service department could not fix the issue but after the car went out of warranty they were quick to say they had never seen it. They dropped my driveshaft damaging it and told me that would've happened soon since the car was near the end of its life. I was treated like a child, yelled at, spoken over, ignored and humiliated. I watched grown men roll their eyes at me when I asked questions about what they were doing, which keep in mind I was asking WHY they had only changed one part, when the issue pertained to two parts. This dealership is in need of some serious training!!
