We reserved a luxury cabin for four nights but subsequently had to cancel our reservation, which we did on March 22, 2023. We were told then that there was a cancellation fee of $100 which would be deducted from our deposit of $328.88 and that they would forward a check to us in the amount of $228.88. As of April 15, 2023, we have not received our refund after numerous calls and many messages left.We would request that the promised refund check of $228.88 be sent to us immediately. I'm happy to inform you that we received our refund check yesterday. I would, therefore, like to close this complaint and I sincerely appreciate any assistance you may have provided in this matter.
