This company came out to evaluate a plumbing issue that involved my shower drain and the unit below me. I was told that the cost of the repair would be around $650-$750. I agreed to the work, two plumbers came to repair the damaged shower drain on 4/8/2022. The plumbers were there from 11AM-4PM.I received an invoice for the work that was done on this day, the invoice is dated 5/5/2022. The total for the work done was $1,245.66 The work costed double what I was quoted, so naturally I called Bonetti plumbing to clarify and get more information as to why it was so much more. I have called the plumbing company five times: on 5/15, 6/6, 6/27, 7/7, and 7/15. No one is calling me back. ****** who works there, keeps taking my number and email and telling me someone will call me back. She tells me that they are "backed up" but I've been calling for two months now. I have since received a second invoice. This is terrible business and customer service and no one should be treated this way. Please help me get the information that I need.Initial Complaint

Contacted the business five times and requested an itemized **** as the dates listed on the invoice was incorrect. They stated that they provided service on 1/3, 1/5, and 1/6/22 which is incorrect. They only provided service on two dates. Also as the amount was for $495.57 it does not list the cost of the parts nor the hours invoice. **** called me back once and he admitted that I was overcharged for 30 mins as it did not match their GPS for the driver. 2 hours should have been on the invoice with parts. 1 of those hours should have been billed to the *** as it was a shared/common pipe which the plumber stated during his visit. **** stated that should not have been said and told me that he would call me back. Been waiting weeks haven't got a call back. Try on 2/18 as my last attempt to get this corrected as I have been trying to pay the business but there is no urgency on their end to take payment nor correct the ****.Business response
