I ordered phonology cards from this business on August 26th for $74.20. My order had still not been received. I contacted them in September to ask where the product was and they responded on September 13 that it was delayed and would be shipping in 1-2 days. I still do not have the product and it is now October. I contacted them four days ago asking for a refund and have not received a response. Please assist me in this matter. I think they are scamming consumers.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item that was stated as being in stock. Once I was told it was out of stock I requested a cancellation. I was initially told that the item would be sent out only to find out later it is still out of stock. I made multiple contacts to cancel the order and the business sent an automated email from another business saying that they were busy and I would be contact shortly. After no response and trying to contact again I am now being ignored while they keep my nearly ***** without giving me the product. I just received another email, this time from another business called grayline medical saying that a ticket has been created for them to get back to me. As an educator with little purchasing power this is highly frustrating. I just want a refund issued.Business response
