I purchased a product from said company that turned out to be defective. I called asked if they can replace a defective item that they sold and basically told me i had to accept the purchase of defaulty products that they sell.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/10/28) */ We tried to contact ***** ****** 10/24/2022. The phone does not ring, it just goes straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail to explain we got the complaint and are willing to work with him to resolve the issue. 10/25/2022: Second attempt to reach ***** ******. Left a message, explaining we would like to resolve this complaint. 10/28/25: Third and final attempt to resolve dispute against us. Left message, no answer or call back. In addition to these attempts, there is also no record of his name or address in our wholesale database or online store. We are willing to work with the customer and provide a solution, but would like to know more details about where he purchased the product and who he spoke to about alleged default products not being refunded.
