During September 2022, I purchased two beautiful liquid lipstick colors from Melt Cosmetics Ebony and Poser. Online these two liquid lipsticks were beautiful. When I received the two liquid lipsticks, they were even more beautiful. However, when I received the two Melt Cosmetics liquid Lipsticks there was something wrong. Poser was dry out there was hardly any lipstick color left in the tube. It was if someone had used the Poser lipstick and sold the lipstick dry in the tube. I could not even get any color out of the Poser liquid lipstick. The Melt Ebony liquid lipstick the top of the lipstick was on the tube. However, the blush was missing. I have written Melt Cosmetics twice already about this problem. I have now written the ********** of ************** of the ******** General, California ********** of ******** Affairs, the ******** Financial Protection Bureau, The ************************ about my unfortunate experience with Melt Cosmetics. The money is not the issue now. The major issue at this point is Melt Cosmetics has mistreated me as a customer. The cost is only $38 dollars, however, It is not fair for Melt Cosmetics to ignore the fact that I spent my hard-earned money to purchase two beautiful lipsticks. **** ignored the fact that I spend my time and my money to purchase the two Melt Cosmetics, I did not get what I paid for. The two liquid lipsticks were both defective. **** needs to understand you cannot misuse a customer hard earned money regardless of the amount. I expect to get what I paid for. I did not get what I paid for with Melt Cosmetics. That is why at this point I want the ********** ********** of ************** of the ******** General to get involve with the mistreatment I received from Melt Cosmetics. I want what I paid for. I want two new liquid Lipsticks that are not defective, if Melt Cosmetics ignores these government agencies, I will take Melt to small claims court. **** I hope you give me what I paid for.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I appreciate the response. I hope only Melt Cosmetics and the Better Business Bureau receives my home address., I do not want the public to see my home address. I do accept the fact that Melt Cosmestics will send me two new liquid lipsticks, Ebony and Poser.I have an important question. I sent a letter to Melt Cosmetics by Certified mail. My address is on that letter. I am putting my address on this reponse to the Better Business Bureau.
