I bought a 4 pack of 1 hour private soccer sessions for my 9 year old son for Christmas 2022. We managed to get one session in, and I was reminded that I had 3 more by the owner, ****. And then I tried to email, text, and chat on the website for 10 business days andNOTHING. He ghosted me. Keep in mind the company phone calls go to ***** direct number, and all payments are made via Venmo. I tried having Venmo mediate a refund from ****, but he did not comply. **** runs a full-on warehouse, indoor soccer facility. He is the gatekeeper of all transactions. He seems to use the high school kids from ****************** in *** Nuys, ** for his private sessions and group camps. If ***** not going to provide the service I paid for after I tried so hard to contact him, then I am entitled to a refund for services that will not take place, which equates to 3 private 1-hour sessions. It has now been over a month without any response from ****.
